My faith in God has opened doors which has afforded me many opportunities to serve and to volunteer in many organizations. The St. Lucy Parish Independence Committee is one of the organizations that have allowed me to share my experiences from being a Parish Ambassador to an Attendant and now Chairperson.
Volunteerism is providing time and skills for the benefit of others; it is one of the most rewarding experiences without any financial gain.
I would encourage anyone to join any service organization give of your time, skills and knowledge and just Volunteer!!
